2. What data is processed
Only the data you choose to send:
- Contact form: name, email, type of enquiry, message and website language.
- Chat with I-KADE: the messages you write in the conversation.
- Minimal technical data: your IP address, used only to limit the number of submissions and protect the site from spam.
3. What it is used for
It is not used to send you advertising or to build profiles.
- Replying to your enquiry and keeping up any conversation you start.
- Generating the chat's answers about Marie Kade's professional profile.
- Protecting the website against abuse (anti-spam and request limits).
4. Legal basis
Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when you tick the box on the form or write in the chat. You can withdraw it at any time.
Protecting the website against spam is based on legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
5. The chat uses an artificial intelligence provider
I-KADE's answers are generated by an AI model from Google (Gemini). To do so, the conversation messages are sent to Google through its API as you write.
The website does not store conversations in any database or log their content: only technical data is recorded (time, language and number of messages). Google processes the data under the Gemini API terms.
Please don't share sensitive personal data in the chat: it isn't needed.
6. How long data is kept
- Form messages: for as long as needed to reply and then for at most 24 hours, unless a professional relationship begins.
- Chat conversations: not kept on the website.
- IP address for submission limits: a few minutes, in memory.
7. Who else is involved (data processors)
Data is not shared with third parties. These providers are involved in running the website:
- Microsoft Azure: website hosting, in a data centre in the European Union.
- Google (Gmail): receiving and sending the form's emails.
- Google (Gemini): generating the chat's answers.
- Cloudflare (Turnstile), if enabled: anti-spam check on the form, without tracking cookies.
8. International transfers
Some of these providers (Google, Cloudflare) may process data outside the European Economic Area, particularly in the United States. These transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
9. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to mariekadediagnediouf@gmail.com.
If you believe your data is not being handled properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
10. Cookies
This website uses no tracking or advertising cookies. It only stores one technical cookie, "lang", to remember the language you choose (lasts one year). As it is needed for a feature you request, it doesn't require consent.
If analytics are ever enabled, they will be cookie-free and collect no personal data.
